                      | For a 
                      Fortune 100 company, created a Salary Planning RAMIS 
                      application, built to assist department managers in their 
                      salary budgeting and review process. On an annual basis, 
                      all employee salaries were reviewed. Initially, a 
                      worksheet file was generated for existing salary files. 
                      Security was maintained on a departmental basis. 
                      Department managers could then perform a series of 
                      standard functions for a department (i.e. raise all 
                      salaries by X percent) and/or do the same on an individual 
                      basis. Application monitored and flagged any employee 
                      whose salary was out of salary grade levels, invalid 
                      position transfers, etc. System was implemented to handle 
                      weekly, hourly and monthly paid employees. This 
                      application also produced departmental and higher level 
                      consolidations of the review process. Each department was 
                      also required to stay within a departmental, maximum 
                      increase, which the system monitored. The system held for
